Thank you for shopping with Auden Lueur. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your candles arrive safely.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery timelines within the United States range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations.

 


 

International Shipping

Auden Lueur currently ships to:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Canada - 

Auden Lueur offers Passport Standard Shipping for Canadian Customers. Duties and Taxes are now calculated in the cart and paid at checkout so your shipment will experience smooth sailing on its way to you without delays, and there are no surprise charges upon arrival. All orders are DDP, with the customer paying all duties and taxes when your order is placed. Rates are calculated based on destination zip code and weight +duties & taxes. 

 


 

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Auden Lueur.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

 


 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Auden Lueur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Auden Lueur candle. If for any reason it isn’t the right fit for your home, we are happy to accept returns within the guidelines below.

 


 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unlit

  • Unused

  • In resealable condition

  • Returned in their original packaging when possible

Candles that have been burned or used are not eligible for return.

 


 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

 


 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@audenlueur.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement product.

 


 

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us.

At our discretion, we may provide one replacement shipment as a courtesy.

 


 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
