United States - 

We offer nationwide shipping across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses. 

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 3-5 business days to handle and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. For customers located outside the contiguous United States, such as Alaska and Hawaii, shipping may take approximately 8-10 business days. These shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Canada & UK - 

Auden Lueur provides Passport Standard Shipping for orders within Canada and the UK. Duties and Taxes are now calculated in the cart and paid at checkout so your shipment will experience smooth sailing on its way to you without delays, and there are no surprise charges upon arrival. All orders are DDP, with the customer paying all duties and taxes when your order is placed. Rates are calculated based on destination zip code and weight +duties & taxes.

Return Policy

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Auden Lueur accepts returns that are within the US on regularly priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Candles must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount. 

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, please email support@audenlueur.com for further assistance.

If you decide to return an item(s), we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Once your return is approved, you will be provided a return label. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Your return should be in its original packaging and original shipping box (if available).  Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 14 days from the delivery date and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus the $12 for shipping and handling. However, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, refunds are allowed only in the sole and absolute discretion of Auden Lueur.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
