Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

In resealable condition

Candles that have been burned or used are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@audenlueur.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will provide a replacement product once the damage has been verified.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact us.

At our discretion, Auden Lueur may provide one replacement shipment as a courtesy.
